Each adult may bring one child aged 2 or under free of charge, provided the child does not occupy a seat. Children under 6 are not recommended to watch the performance.

- Please arrive at the theatre 15 minutes before the show starts. Latecomers will be admitted at a suitable interval.
- The performance may contain strobe lighting, loud sounds, smoke, pyrotechnics, liquid nitrogen, water splash effects (including splash zones in the front rows), animatronics, light effects, motorcycle stunts, and other special effects. Audience members with health concerns should assess their own suitability before attending.
- The use of flash photography and video recording is strictly prohibited inside the venue. Pointing laser pens at performers or any individual in the venue is also forbidden. Laser effects will be used during the performance; please refrain from using mobile phones or cameras to take photos or record videos, as this may damage the lens equipment.
